Can I add an additional driver to my booking?
Yes, the additional driver can be added to your reservation on arrival to the local office. Some of the local suppliers charge an additional cost. Please, be advised that the cost of the service depends on the local car rental supplier and can be different for each agency. In order to see the prices for the additional driver, please check the terms and conditions for this particular quote. All additional drivers must reach age restrictions and provide a valid driver’s license on arrival to the local office. Also, the additional driver is obligated to present an international driver´s license if it is required. All drivers must be presented at the local office at the moment of picking up the car.

What is going to happen if I cause a damage to the rental car?
The driver is responsible for any damage on the rented car. The amount can be up to the blocked deposit on your credit card. For any accident caused, you will need to get a police report. Please also contact directly the local rental car agency. They will instruct you what is the procedure. If you don't have taken out any extra insurance, you might be charged up to the deposit amount blocked on your credit card. If you have a full comprehensive refund insurance, please ask for the invoice of the damage by the local company. With the invoice, you can request a refund by the insurance.

What does MEET & GREAT mean?
MEET & GREAT is a service offered by the car rental company in case they do not have an office at the airport. In this case, the car rental agency does not provide the exact address of the office. MEET & GREAT means that one of the local car rental representatives will wait for you in the arrival hall holding a poster with your name. As soon as you meet the agent at the airport, he will lead you to the car or to the local office. If you do not find them or you do have any delay, please call the number from your confirmation voucher.

Do I have to leave deposit for car rental company renting the car in Berlin?
On arrival by the local car rental company, you have to provide a credit card in your name. A security deposit will be blocked for the rental period. The deposit is usually the same amount as liability excess of Collision Damage Waiver. As soon as you return the car in the same condition as it was recollected the security deposit will be unblocked. In case that you cause some damage, you will be charged from your deposit. Please note that the amount of the deposit depends on the car category and the local rental car agency. The amount of deposit you will find in the terms and conditions of the particular car.

Is the insurance included in the rental price?
Please, note that usually full insurance will not be included in the rental rate.
