Helpful and very friendly, knowledgable and efficient counter staff. More employees like him will make renting cars by Thrifty or Hertz a pleasure.

Pleasant and easy check-in and check out. The car was equipped with the blue parking clock sign ( which was missing in so many other rentals i had before and is a small thing, but super annoying if its not there)

The car was in a very good condition, very well equipped and every feature was functional.
