additional costs
I rent a car in Global Car Drive in Dusseldorf. In the site rentalcargroup was not indicated that at pick up desk I must pay full tank of gasoline. For rented car it was 100 euro for about 60 liters. This car may go on this quantity 800km, I was driving only 400 km, so 50 euro is a gift for Global Drive. I will not rent a car in Global Drive again.

I had made a mistake in pick-up time and needed to contact telephone support.
The lady I talked to was exceptionally rude - but at least the problem got sorted out.
