We did not face with a suprise. Everything was well orginized exept car return. Accually it is not fault of the company but more specific info would be given to leave the car. We tried to get intouch with a responsible but not able to do that.

additional costs

I rent a car in Global Car Drive in Dusseldorf. In the site rentalcargroup was not indicated that at pick up desk I must pay full tank of gasoline. For rented car it was 100 euro for about 60 liters. This car may go on this quantity 800km, I was driving only 400 km, so 50 euro is a gift for Global Drive. I will not rent a car in Global Drive again.
