We did not face with a suprise. Everything was well orginized exept car return. Accually it is not fault of the company but more specific info would be given to leave the car. We tried to get intouch with a responsible but not able to do that.

I rent a car in Global Car Drive in Dusseldorf. In the site rentalcargroup was not indicated that at pick up desk I must pay full tank of gasoline. For rented car it was 100 euro for about 60 liters. This car may go on this quantity 800km, I was driving only 400 km, so 50 euro is a gift for Global Drive. I will not rent a car in Global Drive again.

The car was according to requested specifications, in good conditions.The only negative point was the time spent in pick-up (about 1 hour)

We were given a almost new car that drove great a was fast, low rates, money well spent. Will use this company again.
